BBA Students Participate in Career Design Workshop

Mahidol University International College held the “Career Design Workshop” for 3rd year and 4th year Business Administration (BA) students. This exclusive workshop was facilitated by Khun Thiraya Thiranakanat, COO and Co-founder of CareerVisa, and her team and was held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Seminar Room.

Before the session, Mr. Michael Naglis Associate Dean for Student Affairs warmly welcomed the CareerVisa team and delivered the opening remarks regarding the importance of designing their future career. During the session, the students learned how to make the right decision through career planning. By using the “5-Shade of Life” framework, they were asked various critical questions in the areas of skills, people, working condition, lifestyle, and values. This allowed them to recognize their long-term potentials and to be aware of different criteria in making a career decision. The participants left the workshop armed with more tools to design their own career path and excited about all of the directions that they could take after graduation.

The event was organized by the BA Division and the Student Affairs Office.
