Bryan Ott is a film lecturer and an award winning filmmaker from California, who has been living in Thailand for the past 10 years. After completing a number of successful short films, he directed an Independent feature film entitled, Reagan’s Wharf, which screened in festivals across the country and garnished numerous awards. The Glow, his first professional directorial short film in Thailand, made in cooperation with Local Color Films won Best Fantasy Short at the Rhode Island International Film festival 2012. His next film 3 ages: a feature film, was Bryan’s second collaborative project with Local Color Films and was sold commercially to True Visions, Co. Ltd, Thailand’s largest cable provider. His latest feature script, The Hunger won Top 10 feature scripts in the New York Screenplay Competition 2013 and was a Filmmakers International Screenwriting Awards 2013 Finalist. Bryan is currently shooting a TV Food talk show called Beyond Supper Club, which will air on The Nation TV July 2015. Bryan lectures full-time on Film Scriptwriting, Film Analysis and Introduction to Film at Mahidol University International College, Fine and Applied Arts Program.
