APPLYING TO MBA PROGRAM

Are you interested in being part of our MUIC-MBA community and enhancing your career prospects through a part-time study plan, with classes during weekends? You are just a few steps away from getting started on your study. The following is a list of components you will need to apply for admission to our MBA Program, including admission requirements, application process, and application components.

Criteria for Admission

Applicants to the MBA program should:

  • Have Bachelor’s degree in any field from an institution certified by the Commission on Higher Education.
  • Have one of the following Mathematics tests; GMAT within 5 years on the application date, or MUIC-QPT arranged by MUIC. For more information regarding to MUIC-QPT, please contact iGS office.
  • Have one of the following English proficiency tests within 2 years on the application date.

STEP 5: All qualified applicants will be invited to do MUIC-QPT (if required), and an Interview.

Required Documents

  • Two (2) copies of transcript;
  • Two (2) copies of diploma;
  • Two (2) copies of English proficiency test report;
  • Two (2) copies of Mathematics test report;
  • Two (2) sealed letters of recommendation from university lecturers or employers;
  • Two (2) copies of citizen identification card (for Thais) or passport (for foreign nationals);
  • Two (2) copies of house registration;
  • Two (2) 2-inch photos taken within the last 6 months;

Remark: All copies of required documents must be signed and certified.

Statement of Purpose

For 2018-2019, the following two essays are required of all applicants as part of the admission process:

  • Please state reasons for undertaking graduate work and a relation to your undergraduate study/current employment and professional goals. (450 words)
  • Today, more and more people from both developed and developing countries have become wealthier.  As a result many Asian countries have witnessed a dramatic increase in the number of tourist arrivals in their countries”What do you think makes Asia such an attractive tourist destination?  Include any relevant examples from your own knowledge and experience to support your answer. (450 words)

Format of the essays: 12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced. Please put your name and surname on the top right of the essay.

APPLYING TO MBA 4+1 PROGRAM

Are you ready to take on new challenges to be better equipped for professional life? You are just a few steps away from getting started on your combined bachelor/MBA study. The following is a list of components you will need to apply for admission to our MBA 4+1 Program, including admission requirements, application process, and application components.

Criteria for Admission

Applicants to the MBA 4+1 program should:

  • Be a current bachelor student at Mahidol University International College (MUIC).
  • Complete at least 2/3 of the total number of credits required for a bachelor program with CGPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Have an approval from the student’s academic advisor and Program Director of the bachelor program the student is studying by submitting this form to International Graduate Studies Office.
  • Have one of the following Mathematics tests; GMAT within 5 years on the application date, or MUIC-QPT arranged by MUIC. For more information regarding to MUIC-QPT, please contact International Graduate Studies Office.Remark: Submission of Mathematics test is exempted for bachelor students who are studying in a Business Administration (BA) program, Mahidol University International College.
